This Privacy Policy outlines how JobJump, a software tool designed to assist with interviews ("Service"), collects, uses, and shares your information. We store your personal information and interview-related content using third-party cloud infrastructure operated by leading cloud providers (including Amazon Web Services), and on databases maintained on cloud-hosted servers operated for us. Depending on your region of use, your information may be stored or processed in countries other than the country where you reside.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
To the extent any audio you provide constitutes biometric data under applicable law (including, where applicable, the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act, and the biometric privacy provisions of Washington's data privacy laws), we retain such data only as long as necessary to provide the interview-assistance features to you. In any event, and unless a longer period is required by law, we permanently destroy any such data no later than three (3) years after your last interaction with the Service, or sooner upon the satisfaction of the initial purpose for which it was collected, whichever occurs first.
We retain other personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with applicable laws, defend against potential claims, and pursue our legitimate and lawful purposes. We will not retain information longer than necessary unless required or permitted by law.
